Different Creation Models of Genesis 1: What should we conclude? || Science vs Bible || Elder Amar Pandey

 

The session was held on 18th March, Monday in Google meet from 8.30 pm onwards. The speaker was Elder Amar Pandey from Nawajeevan AG church, Kupondole. He has been currently working as Old Testament teacher at Nepal Theological College situated in Satodobato. His session was to the point, environment friendly and compelling. 

The topic he presented was of a great interest. He presented adequate information on few creation views of Genesis 1 and drew a worth considering conclusion about how we should take Genesis 1 in its own context. He pointed out some major faults in modern lens of reading the early chapters of Genesis. He encouraged the eager minds to respect the context and the way original recipients understood the text instead imposing our understanding. 

The session was blessing enough to force an eager mind to rethink their approach to Genesis 1 and come forward with a regenerated understanding of God's message.
