Do we think its easy to live a life with Jesus? || Superman and Lois || Season 4 || 3rd Episode

Season 4 || Episode 3

Plot: Clark, with happy face, comes to meet general to ask her daughter's hand. But he rejects. For him,

Lois doesn't deserve such a life with Superman. Superman will have lots of evils following him and that going to impact Lois life. She will suffer the exactly same pain. Not to misunderstand, but Superman loves Lois is what her dad also understands. But he worries her life. She will also live the same life as supes which means everything ...even the harsh times, sufferings, the evils threat and all.

This is something in our relationship and walk with Jesus. We are Jesus' bride and we are called to live the life together with Jesus. We are to share the same troubles, shame, stigma, pain and everything with Jesus throughout our life until all evils and adversaries kneel down before Jesus (Ps. 110). Being a Christian isn't easy. It’s a hard and painful commitment to live with God-Man person: JESUS! He calls us to live a sacrificing life and to suffer for his sake (Rom. 12:1-2; 8:17-18; 1 Pet. 4:1-11, 13-16; 2:1). We are to suffer and struggle until Jesus establishes wholesome new world in near future. It’s hard to be his bride and live with him.

We have two choices: either accept Jesus' invitation of living with him forever with hard-core commitment that whatever situation it brings, we will also go through them with no compromise (Phil. 4:11) or...reject his invitation, enjoy life on earth but the ultimate outcome is condemnation.

Our relationship with Jesus might be harder but the real destiny lies here. Jesus loved us so much that he willingly died in our place! He willingly received Father's judgement upon himself. He loves us as his bride so much (Rev. 19:7-9; Eph. 5:25). But to be sure, he is calling is to walk a narrow path (Matt. 7:13-14) which leads to eternal destiny and we have to see and work a lot with him until he redeems everything in this entire cosmos (Phil. 2:12; Rom. 8:19; Rev. 21:4)!

Just as Lois' father was worried about the life she would be living with Clark, this is same concern everyone should have before getting into excitement of living a Christian life. Jesus isn't calling us to live a hedonistic life but rather a harder life but fully leading to a happiest life in the eternity. Amen...
