Gospel isn't Flexible to Add and Subtract

This is a new serial about Jesus that was broadcasted in India on &tv channel since yesterday. The promo of this serial, however, had Achilles heel. It shows Jesus doing miraculous deeds since his childhood. Such stories can be also found in gnostic gospels and apocryphal writings. 

Some believers might wonder that Jesus might have done such things because he is God. But the problem is, it is only the scripture that is trustworthy about Jesus' life. Beyond the Bible, we cannot measure anything about Jesus. There are tremendous counterfeit Jesus and unusual stories around the world about him. 

It is to keep in mind that, just by wearing costume of symbol 'S' doesn't make you Superman. Similarly, just by depicting few Biblical traces in the entire serial doesn't make it the gospel we need. This serial is more a fantasy and scenes are outside the Bible. A serious considerate Christian must recognize how flawed this serial has been made. 

My friend Abhisek Vical from Darjeeling who has his ministry namely 'Stand for Satya' has made recently a response video on the very first episode. I am grateful for his action. You can watch the video to know why we cannot expect anything more from this serial. I have attached his video under the permission for back-up and safety. 

If Christians are conscious about the gospel, they must recognize this serial is showing a wrong gospel. They must report it. Either it should be corrected and shown as the Bible depicts or please don't waste your precious time and effort making false stories. We aren't selective Christians to take up a partition that supports the Bible and to reject that isn't biblical in this serial. The false gospel will lead to great chaos.
